"If you are a native of Washington, DC, then you will probably recognize this musician. When I first heard him play, he used to hang out in Georgetown. Then as the MCI Center took some of the crowd away he moved shop. He's a fixture of Downtown Washington, DC. Say hello if you ever see him."
